23rd - 26th September: casarecce white fish, fennel, broccoli rabe, Pernod, orange sauce paired with a 2024 Cullen Grace Madeline Sauvignon Blanc Semillon Margaret River, WA.
30th September - 3rd October: lasagne al forno with milk-braised pork paired with a 2023 Frederick Stevenson Montepulciano Eden Valley, SA.
